Colliers Engineering & Design offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world knowledge through its Internship and Co-op programs. Our interns and co-ops are paid to work on projects alongside professionals in their respective disciplines. Programs are available at all locations to students from colleges and universities across the United States.

In commemoration of each intern’s professional development, Colliers Engineering & Design plants a tree in a forest affected by natural disaster through the Arbor Day Foundation.

Explore different disciplines and learn from the professionals doing the work and growing our business through weekly webinars.

Through one-on-one mentorship with experts in your discipline, develop the technical and transferrable skills needed to succeed in your career.

Engage with our Human Resources staff to develop the collaborative skills that will help you succeed in your career. Interns complete a series of reflections, problem solving activities, participate in workshops, and create end of program presentations which highlight their learning and experiences.

Work on client projects from day one under the guidance of experienced professionals in your discipline.
